Gifts and Curses

Liana: *blinks, surprised that he heard her. She clears her throat* Sorry, sir. It's just-*she hesitates*- I-I've been following some leads and looking around. *she shakes her head* This is not good at all. *she looks up* I have reason to believe that she was not kidnapped, but wherever she went, she went willingly. (Something her father and other politicians would be furious about. And could have the officers killed for to keep quiet)

Lyska: *holds her breath as Logi is mere inches away* "(Screw it!)" *She turns and leaps as high as she can onto a stack of boxes, knocking some over. She catches herself and falters, becoming visible for only a moment*

Talos: *sees the commotion and catches the sight of her, he nearly jumps and starts hurrying over*

((I'm thinking that Lyska runs onto the roof, chased by Logi who actually loves the excitement and change of pace. Then he catches her, she's shocked (because she's BA and hard to catch), Talos catches up recognizes and recruit's Logi to the thieves guild? ))

Felix stops.
"Oh shit."
Felix looks back.
"Uh... Maybe it's time to transfer departments."

Logi scrambles to get to the person, starting to run over to her nearly visible body.

Lyska: *agilely leaps to the roof and takes off*

Talos: Crapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrapcrap! *running*

Liana: *looks up, frowning slightly, a worried expression on her face* I... I just don't know

Shop keeper: *seems to be showing a pattern, closing and opening the shop at 10.a.m. and 10p.m. then counts the day's earnings, pocketing most of it*

Felix: "Or possibly we could fake our deaths...."

Logi climbs up to the roofs and takes off towards Lyska with a fire in his eyes.

Liana: *shocked, at the idea and at the fact that Felix would say something so dangerous to her. Her mind races, she trusts him, but she could be reported for agreeing with him, she could be thrown in prison, killed, outcast...... She looks from Kelly? if there to Felix and asks almost reverently* What is justice?

Lyska: *sprinting* "(Go go go go.... SHIT! IS HE ACTUALLY CATCHING UP WITH ME!?!?)" IT WAS JUST A BLOODY PIECE OF FRUIT! LET ME GO!

Talos: *cannot run this fast, does a double take when he sees Logi and remembers what he saw on the ship* Is *huff* that the Leet?

Kelly: "A nonexistent thing created by people for people to believe in

Felix: "The wrongdoings being punished!"

Lyska: *is being caught up with* AAAAAAARGH

Talos: *huff huff*

Liana: *frowns at both* Hmm

Logi sprints as fast as possible to get to the thief.

Felix waits in an urgent manner.

Lyska: *[CATCHING UP TO INTENSIFIES] she really really most likely could definitely be caught at this point. She creates the illusion of a gap in the roof but it's too late!-*

Talos: *trying to catch up*

Liana: We could never come back.... ((in response to the death faking comment))

Logi reaches out to grab onto the collar of Lyska's shirt.

Felix: "Well obviously. That's kind of the point."

Lyska: *happens to be wearing more of a tight, sleeveless, collarless getup but is caught nonetheless! She is halted and stumbles to the ground, prepares to fight her way out. She-*

Talos: *flailing, running, huffing* STAHAAHAAAP!

Logi hesitates for a second at Talos' screech but looks back to Lyska.
"Pay up thief!"

Lyska: I didn't even take it!!! *she struggles to get to her feet*

Talos: *cathes up* STAHAHAAAAAAAP! "(THINK! THINK!)" I-I I'LL TELL! ((Logi's secret))

Logi looks to Talos.
"Who even are you?"
Logi looks back to Lyska.
"Don't lie to me!"

Talos: I WAS ON THE FREAKING BOAT OKAY!?!? I KNOW WHAT YOU AND THAT CHICK ARE!!!! *has almost reached them at this point*

Lyska: *practically growls at Talos* You know this moron!??!

Logi: "Boat?"
A look of realization spreads across his face. This quickly turns to anger and the need to burn returns.
"You do that and I'll take this chick with me when I go down."

Talos: *reaches them and speaks flatly through his panting* I'm just trying to get things to settle down! *huff* I- *he stops for a moment, as if realizing something, connecting the dots in his mind* Now, I don't know your kin, but I know hers... *his eyes hold meaning* And I know that you've been hiding yours. *he pauses*

Logi: "So what?"

Talos: And.... You manages to catch our-my fastest and most sly friend here *he nods to Lyska*

Lyska: *fumes at the two of them*

Talos: *a barely noticeable smirk flashes on his lips* I can't help but wonder what a kin with that kind of skill is doing working at a produce stand? *Talos senses the thrill of excitement pulsing through Logi's veins, quickened heart rate, he can almost see the temperature rising as Logi feels the need to lash out*

Logi: "Im working there because there's nothing elose to do in this gods forsaken island."

Talos: *his own excitement grows* Well, you obviously haven't been looking in the right places *he smirks* Did you like it?

Logi looks taken aback.
"Like what?"

Talos: Leaping to rooftops, chasing thieves, feeling the adrenaline pulse through you, ability demanding to be released... *he says the list as if it's a hum drum, run of the mill daily to do list*

Talos: *cuts her short* Did he catch you?

Lyska: *fumes and exhales sharply, frowning*

Talos: *looks back to Logi* Care to meet me here at nightfall? *he smirks* I have some people you should meet
