Amethyst: *grins at jewel as they stand there*

Jewel pulls her into a hug, whispering into her ear while hes there. "We made it. We're in the hunger games."

Amethyst: *hugs him tightly with excitement... And squeals happily*

Jewel finally pulls away. "Im assuming alliance?"

Cai waits in a room alone, waiting to say goodbye to his brother. The slightly shorter version of Cai bursts into the room and throws himself at his brother. "What are we gonna do without you? Mother is getting worse everyday. It's killing her not to be able to say goodbye!" Cai hugs his brother tightly. "It's gonna be alright. You can take care of her. Just make sure she eats and takes her medicine." His brother looks up at him. "I'm going to miss you." Cai smiles sadly. "I'm gonna miss you a lot." They embrace one more time before the peacekeepers escort him out.

Adakite sits on a small chair. Her father comes into the room, his face expressionless. They stare at eachother before her siblings rush into the room. They all attack her with bear hugs, sobbing and making her promise to come back. She smiles sadly as they all leave and waves. She catches her fathers eye and can see a tear running down his cheek. The peacekeepers make them leave before she can say anything and take her to the train. She and Cai board and sit beside each other awkwardly.

Amethyst: of course... *smiles*

Jewel winks. "Can't deny it." He pauses and looks down a moment, his voice a little less confident and his face a bright pink. "And...i guess...it would be lying if I didnt say you were beautiful..."

Amethyst: *smiles and hugs him again* isn't this exciting!

Jewel jumps a little then wraps his arms around her. "It's wonderful."

Amethyst: *pulls back beaming* this is going to be so awesome!

The district three kids are called.

Elysia and Tesla walk up and shake hands, both of their eyes downcast, knowing they will probably never see their home or their parents again. They walk into the Justice Building and say goodbye to their families, then walk on the train.

"KAI!"
The name is yelled and after he steps up, River is called soon afterwards.

Kai shakes her hand, then heads into the justice building and says goodbye to his family, his little brother's eyes brimming with tears.

River shakes Kai's hand, tears pooling down her face. she searches the crowd for her sister, willing her family to come say goodbye as she's dragged into the justice building. throughout the goodbye she and her sister crouch in tears, River never wanting to leave. "i promise you...I'll win...I'll come back...I promise..." River told her.
"don't make promises you can't keep..."

"I know!!" Jewel says.

Amethyst: *grins and squeals happily*

Vete: *she waits in district 9*

Tuli: *waits in district 12*

Genicon: *waits in district 11*

Blaze and Melaka wait for the district 8 reaping.

Alon waits in District 7.
