Personality: one of those guys that just seems creepy and slithery and disgusting and yeah. A huge flirt...well...more like a terrorist who pretends to be interested just to get in bed with you, prefers the younger ones, male and female ((i can change this if you want it just seems to fit. XD))
Looks: greasy, spikey, stringy black hair, lanky, thin, wirey figure, redish eyes
Story: yeah basically he got angry a lot as a kid and could make the greatest fears of those he was angry at come. And so he trained himself and kinda turned evil. He tends to be fond of snakes. Even has a couple pets.
Other: his favourite snake is a huge black python with yellow eyes named Thylakis
