In a post-apocalyptic, subterranean world the people are divided into four zones... They are governed by a tyrannical group who enforces it's rule through The Omega... Many citizens are unaware of this organization off assassination and death called Omega; however, those named outcasts who are hunted and hide in a separate chain of tunnels connected to the zones in a few secret locations mostly know... Many of these outcasts are killers and assassins, not by choice but because they were forced into extremes to survive... These outcast tunnels are unprotected, unlike the zones and their tunnels, and often toxic chemicals, toxic liquids, and poisonous fumes seep through the earth's surface... These fumes and such kill many, but a rare few are not killed; rather, being changed by the hazardous material and mutating... Those that are hunted have begun a resistance to free the people and stop the Omega's killings. Will you join a side or instead live like the citizens in their naive state?
Here is an idea of a few things that happened:
Carissa, pyre, spard, rose, Niko, may, Kenta, and lily reside in a hidden shelter for outcasts and rebels. Qwyn has been making toys and things for the children in the shelter... Niko left the army when he decided to rescue a small girl (may) that he was supposed to burn to death, he then joined the shelter. Carissa met spard and pyre on one of her assassination jobs... She became friends with one (spard) and attracted to the other (pyre). After a bit Carissa and pyre fell in love and have been madly, passionately in love since. Spard was hurt when he first realized Carissa was interested in pyre but when he met rose it all changed. He saw the essence of her soul and how beautiful she is, not only physically, but in character. Kenta met may during her and niko's escape and so, led them to the shelter. Niko was attracted to rose but realized she was already in a relationship. He met lily while receiving his rations. Currently all but Qwyn are at the shelter. Qwyn is at [unknown location]. The group is working to bring down the Omega. They do what they can; rescuing people, tampering with info, eliminating lower Omegas, etc... People have been killed, children burned, abilities discovered, and some have simply tried to survive.

-food comes in pill form... One per meal
-the extremely high class or the few rich have areas specifically for them which supplies real foods and wine for a price.
Rules:
-no killing other people's characters without permission
-no omnipotent or omniscient beings
-no one is yet capable of killing a high omega official without being caught
-if you do kill one your character will die unless the assassination was ordered by another omega member
-reapply your character sheets
(This RP has evolved far from Lillian's plan due to her absence on the
previous forum, so it is no longer her RP. She is more than welcome to
create another or start off from a point in the old RP that she is
alright with. In other words, this RP is basically a branch off of her
original, but she get's credit for it's creation. Mary took over for
her, now Mary is the GM)
